Wendy works with adult individuals and couples who are struggling with relationship issues. As a former cardiac nurse, Wendy’s caring and exacting approach creates an excellent blend of support and treatment for her clients. She also has over 25 years of experience mentoring young adult women at Belmont University. Wendy’s clients find her to be approachable, caring, down-to-earth, and immediately helpful.
Wendy enjoys hiking, spending time with family, Wes Anderson movies, and collecting heart-shaped items she finds in nature. She enjoys finding beauty in her surroundings. Wendy and her husband are deeply involved with Belmont University, regularly hosting college students in their home.

Donna is certified in the therapeutic model Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI). This model helps clients recognize how life events have influenced the way they see themselves and the world. The focus of this model helps clients unpack developmental trauma for the purpose of growing into healthy functional adults.
According to the HOCI model, developmental and relational trauma can be defined as adverse experiences of emotional, physical, sexual, spiritual, or intellectual neglect that a person has lived through in their life from birth through age 22.
