“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
—Viktor Frankl
I am passionate about working with individuals, adolescents, and couples who feel stuck between knowing something isn’t working and not knowing what to do about it. I believe meaningful change happens within a supportive, collaborative environment, where we focus together on reconnecting with your own agency and resilience. It’s easy to distract, deny, or avoid both big and small issues—but what we resist persists and eventually finds its way to the surface.
I enjoy working with clients who are navigating difficult life transitions, health diagnoses, relationship challenges, addiction, or grief and loss. Whatever brings you to counseling, I strive to meet clients with curiosity, respect, and genuine care.
My own health crisis and simultaneous divorce turned my life upside down. With the support of a trusted therapist, I learned to recognize my resilience and strength and discovered the possibility of growth through pain and adversity. Those experiences opened me to a deep calling to walk alongside others with compassion and empathy as they face their own challenges. I consider it an honor to hold space for people as they uncover their own capacity for hope and growth.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy running in Percy Warner Park, spending time with my teenagers while they still think I’m cool, cooking, planning my next adventure, and laughing as much as possible.
